What if I have a large number of recipients on my order, can I still use your web site?
If you have multiple number of recipients, please place your order by phone 1-888-634-6600. Or you may fax your order to 212-931-8560.

What is your guarantee policy?
We ensure quality and value - and your 100% satisfaction. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the products delivered, or is damaged before receipt, we will replace it free of charge. In certain cases, we will provide a refund or a credit. Your complete satisfaction is out goal.

Can you substitute an item in the basket?
We can make substitutions if you order 75 or more of the same basket with a minimum purchase of $3000. In the rare instances when demand is larger than supply of a particular item in a gift basket, we will replace that item with one of equal or greater value.

Can you customize a basket?
If you do not find a gift basket that fits your needs on our site, please call customer service at 212-931-8560 or send us an email at ask@giftintaste.com. We can customize orders of 75 or more of the same basket with a minimum purchase of $3000.

If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
Gift In Taste proudly uses Federal Express for all its shipping needs. Standard shipping is via FedEx 3 Day Ground.

Can I ship my basket anywhere?
Almost anywhere in the continental United States, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses

Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the gift message box during the check out process. All gifts are shipped with our complimentary Watercolor Art Gift Card with your personal message.

Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
Federal Express must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.

What are your hours of operation?
We normally responded to inquiries within 24 hours on business days, Monday thru Friday between 10am to 6pm EST. Requests for information about gift baskets, product questions, special requests, changes or updates to orders, inquiries about the status of your order or other issues should be addressed by email ask@giftintaste.com. Or you can click on ask seller a question directly from the product page on our website www.GiftInTaste.com. Please included your name and order number.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express via PayPal. No PayPal account required.

Do you collect sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax for Indiana, 6%.

Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
From June September many of the chocolate items in our gifts may be substituted with other gourmet food of equal or greater value. This is done to ensure the freshness of your gift and the integrity of the presentation.
